1. Returns

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Final sale or clearance items
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

How to Initiate a Return:

We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.
Ship the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds:

Items returned in a used or damaged condition may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Costs:

Shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be guaranteed.
